Breaking the news/St. Patty's Day!

After toying with many ideas on how we were going to break the news of boy or girl to our parents, I realized last minute that we were finding out on St. Patty's Day so I had to do something to tie that in! It's kinda cheesy, but I liked it! Annie and I filled a pot of gold with gold chocolate coins and green and gold necklaces. There was a little sign to go with it and they had to dig through the pot of gold to get the pin at the bottom that lit up and blinged saying It's a Girl! My mom came with us to the appointment so she knew but we did it to my Dad and Brian's mom. My family is VERY excited to be getting another girl! In Brian's family, there will be three girls born in four months! Crazy! It will be really neat for both sides and especially for Annie! She had a blast helping me get everything ready and even got to some to my appointment and talked the rest of the day about the picture she saw of mommy's baby at the doctor. We started our morning off with my green, buttermilk pancakes! Yum! We ended the day with a journey out to Nat and Tommy's which was well worth it! They made us yummy Taco Soup and showed us their home they just bought. It was nice to have some one on one time with them. Thanks guys! It was a wonderful day that will never be forgotten!

What a fun way to find out, even if it was by the side of the road!

Congrats on the baby girl! Nanny gave us the update. We are so excited for you! It's funny that the Rollins can't get girls and your family can't get boys. Maybe we'll have to swap :)
