ANASTON"S VERY FIRST HAIRCUT!

Friday night, I was about to put Anaston in the bath before bed and decided to finally give her the much needed FIRST haircut! I had decided I wanted to do it for sure about a week before but there was just never a perfect time. Anaston is almost 16 months and I am so glad I held out that long to do this, it was perfect timing! I love her hair and how long it's getting and I just let it do it's thing until now. But recently, my sweet Anaston is looking more like a little girl rather than a baby and it was time to give her a little girl haircut. Brian had been teasing me that she was getting a mullet! Whatever! Yes, it was about an inch and a half longer in the back, but it curled under naturally and just looked almost even with the rest! Her hair was getting heavy and needed a style so I gave het the cutest little A-line bob ever! I have always wanted this haircut for Anaston and waited till her hair was long enough. It turned out exactly how I had hoped! She looks incredible! It just goes with her cute little personality so well...totally fits her! Her longest area was roughly 4 inches long!(I think a little bit more than that!) Of course we saved EVERY BIT of her hair and will add it to her collection of "FIRST'S". She was not havin it at the beginning! From the spray bottle to having to sit still for so long, she was not having fun!
But Brian was quick to help BIG time! Besides being the camera man, he multi tasked and was the entertainer and treat giver as well.

I was trying to love on her but after a quick kiss she was SO ready to get down and run around again!
So, after her bath I SO round brushed her hair!

Oh of course! It wouldn't be a normal night if she didn't climb up on the baskets and grab my toothbrush to chew on!
