It's Been A Few Weeks...Hope you have a while to browse!!!

I haven't been very prompt with posting all the pictures I've been taking over the last three weeks or I guess almost a month now. There's been alot of fun going on and alot of picture taking so I guess I just felt overwhelmed about blogging it all. So instead of dividing it into a million posts, I have put all the pic's in one! This could take a while! ha ha



I took Anaston o a wagon ride to Freestone. From the top of the hill, she spotted the kids' soccer practice and couldn't take her eyes off of them! She was laughing, clapping and before I knew it, was trying to un0do her belt so she could get out and get closer to them!

Yep, like I said, she tried to un-do her owm belt! Oh please don't let my child figure this out! I wouldn't put it past her either! She can figure out how to open just about ANYTHING!

Anaston was trying to put on her own belt on her car. This girls brain is incredible! She is the most curious little thing! And she does not give up! she will try and try and try!
These got out of order but after I let Anaston out of the wagon at the park, she ran down the entire hill full blast and was yelling for me to come down there with her to be RIGHT by the soccer kids. Well, and she did spot a playground too, which she ran to next!

We attended Jordan's basketball banquet one night at my parents. It was really nice, yummy food, so nice outside. Thanks guys!

Anaston has this new thing with feeding the dogs! She goes in the pantry to their big bag of food and fills a red cup and they come gathering around as she feeds each dog one piece at a time!

Love this picture for two reasons...she has this new request now, when she's in the swing, to hold onto a ball or two. She'll point them out to me in the yard and have me hand them to her while she's swinging and she'll just hang onto them or pass them back and forth to me. Also, the wind wind was blowing like crazy! Anaston has always loved the wind in her face, she thinks it's so funny! Look at her face here, it says it all! So stinkin cute!

I think it's just too funny how Anaston has always been so dainty with her hands since she was a new born. I mean, look how she eats a cracker? She is so girly in everything she does!
A new obsession. Sitting in this chair and just observing. It's either that or throwing things away in the garbage!(which by the way, anytime we ask her to throw something away in the garbage, no matter where we are, she goes and does it. She understands us so well now! It's great!)

Very Disappointed In American Idol Fans!!!

Um, I'm sorry, am I watching a few seasons back of American Idol when Chris Daughtry was sent home FAR too early, leaving alot of people in utter shock and anger or what, I'm confused?!? Why in the world was Michael Johns sent home this week?!? I picked him for the top three and that is where he belongs, along with David Cook and David Archuletta! What a joke! Did everyone just think he was safe and felt like they didn't have to vote for him as much like Chris Daughtry? NOT COOL!!! Poor guy! Great voice! Great personality! The whole package!(AND GREAT AUSTRALIAN ACCENT) Atleast Kristy, Carli, and Jason should have all gone home before him! And what was that ridiculous comment by Ryan Seacrest? "Last year after Idol Gives Back, we didn't send anyone home...but this year...Michael Johns, you are going home!" Um, ok cool. Could have done without that comment! Way to rub it in! Jerks! I'm very disappointed! People, you HAVE TO VOTE for your IDOL(S)!!!

A Day In The Life Of Anaston

I did a documentary on a day of Anaston's life about two weeks ago. It was so much fun! I followed her around all day long and wrote down EVERYTHING about her day! The things she said , did, liked, dis liked, etc. This is something I have decided to do once a month now to try and capture all of the cute, smart and silly things she does as she grows! I wrote a good 4 pages on her which would take WAY too long to post so instead, I'll just give you the collage of pictures and let you use your imagination. The 4 pages will be in a separate journal that I'm using just for these month my month documentaries.

Brian has been having alot of fun lately playing around with different things he can do with Anaston's pictures. Some are really neat and some are pretty silly. This one was one of my favorites and I just couldn't help but share it on my blog!

My Pick's for the AI7!!!

Well, it is only right that I finally give my current point of view on American Idol, seeing that I am crazy for the show and especially this season! I have always been a faithful watcher of the show, with the exception of Fantasia's year and Carrie Underwood's...those season's both lost my interest. This season is by far the best! And here is how I am feeling about it at the moment...

David Cook, in a tie for my pick to win this season! He has an incredible voice! I love his style! He's the most consistent. Go David!!!
David Archuleta, my other half of the "tie" between who should win the season. I seriously CANNOT choose between him and David Cook! They're completely different form eachother and both incredible! And on a side note, I love his innocense. I almost don't want him to win and just give it to Cook for the simple reason that I don't want him getting corrupted!
Michael Johns is my other favorite. He is also extremely talented and I love his Australian accent but I do think the first two guys on my list have stronger voices when it comes down to that.
My favorite from the girls, Brooke White. I feel the guys have brought more talent to the show this year, but if a girl did win, this is who I would want. She is a little cheesy and sometimes nerdy, but very unique voice and someone I could stand to listen to a whole CD of them!
Syesha Mercado, my other favorite for the girls. Her voice is just amazing but she does have a little bit of a disadvantage and that is her voice tends to sound like alot of other singers out there. Not quite as unique sounding as Brooke.
I really like Carly Smithson! In fact, in the beginning she was my pick for the girls but for a few weeks in a row, she disappointed me. She's doing alot better and making a comeback but honestly is not my very favorite at the moment.
Poor Kristy Lee Cook, who has been in the bottom three for who knows how many weeks but always ends up safe. She does have a good voice and would make a great country star but she's not one of the strongest and I could see her time coming to an end very soon.
At the beginning, Jason Castro was a favorite of mine. He's so different and so chill and really impressed me the first couple weeks...especially with Halleluia! But I feel like he's lost my interest the last three or four weeks. He needs to go next week.

Ramiele Malubay left tonight and I totally agree with that! The first few weeks she was so good and I loved her...what happeed?!? She never quite did it for me since then.
I was sad to see Chikeze go last week. I really liked him. He has a great voice! But he has the same disadvantage as Syesha, in sounding like alot of other people. But still having said that, I think he should have lasted a couple more weeks.
Ok, how did this girl or whatever you wanna call her even make it to Hollywood, let alone the top 24 and then top 12?!? Sick! She does not have a good voice at all and is a freak!
Ew. David Hernandez went at the right time. He had a good voice but tried to hard. He was a little creepy. And a stripper? At a gay bar? Ya, you lost me there buddy.
