Anaston is always doing so many cute things, I don't know if I could write them all down. BUT...I do want to list atleast a few fun things she's doing at the moment...
1. For the past few weeks, Anaston is pretty sure she's an acrobat and can climb anything! That goes for climb UP on anything, THROUGH anything, AROUND anything...you name it! This girl has no fear! She see's sometjing she wants to try or grab and goes for it! In fact, sometimes she just climbs things for fun!
2. Since about 7 months, Anaston loves to empty out my purse and diaper bag one thing by one. Lately though, she likes to play this game where she she hands everything back to me one by one. She says,"Momma?" and hands it to me and waits for me to say thank you. And she repeats this with each item! So adorable! Not only does she do this with items from my purse, but any pile she finds or makes by herself!
3. Anaston has always been quite the chatter box! Since she was 8 months, she has been talking! She is extremely smart and advanced in everything she does! Her vocabulary is so large at this point, I lost count of all the things she could say about two and a half months ago! Lately, her favorite things to say are "shoes", "Rudy"(another one of my in-laws' dogs) and she has been saying two of the other dogs names forever perfectly, it's amazing!(Stitchy and Daisy), she can say the I and You part of I Love You and will say it with you, she counts to three, "slide", "swing", "plane", "drink", "cheese", "nana"(for banana), pretty much all of her family members, "Ma"(for Mickey), and "ball-ball" (for softball and basketball)..ok I better stop!
4. She absolutely LOVES to be outside! Just running free, swinging, climbing on the jungle gym, going down the slides, trying to climb up the slides, throwing the ball, playing with the dogs, etc.
5. Randomly you will hear her list all of her loved one's names that she knows. She'll sit there and go on and on saying,"Papa and Grandma and mama and dada and Nanny and Tommy and Jade and Meemee and Emma and Stitchy and Daisy and Rudy." And then she'll repeat some. It is so darn cute!
6. When she wakes up from her naps, she wont let me take her out of her crib for a good ATLEAST five minutes while she plays and runs back and forth in her crib while saying Mama repeatedly.
7. She has been blowing kisses for the last month or so. It is just too cute. And she even does the MWAH!
8. Anaston has been stuck on 8 teeth forever! She has has her molars pushing up and down though, which is a real pain! When she has teething pain, she will grit her teeth back and forth all day and thinks it's funny! It freaks me out that all her teeth are gonna just fall out! And a side note, she is just a little shy of 24 pounds and off the charts in height!
9. From the second I turn off the main street to the road that leads up to Brian's office, Anaston knows exactly where we are and starts saying DADA! She does this whenever we pull in the driveway at home too and says Papa or Dada usually, since she's always with me!
10. She does "headbutts" now as her and Daddy call it. Just ask for a head butt and she'll be happy to come right on over and give you a few in a row while cracking up! ha ha
11. Anaston is always trying to challenge herself and tries to fit herself into the smallest spaces! It's so crazy and so funny!
12. Anytime we are in the car and she likes the beat to the music, she starts dancing in her seat. It's awesome! Sometimes she does this hip hop type move and other times just bops her head or bounces up and down with her arms in the air, or sometimes just one arm.
13.Every morning when I shake up her morning drink,(followed by her asking for it and pointing to the mix in the pantry and the water in the fridge to make it-smarty!) she stands right in front of me and flaps her arms as fast as she can as I shake and gets all excited. I love it!
14.Anaston loves to share her food! Her favorite little trick is when she's done eating, she tries and feeds the leftovers to whoever is around! The dogs, me, Brian, Grandma, Papa, whoever! But she also just thinks it's fun to feed people and especially likes to feed other kids and share her treats with them. Sometimes I get nervous because I don't know if they're things the kids can have or not but it is so sweet it's hard to tell her that!
15. Whenever I tell her it's time to go bye bye in my car, she asks me to put on her shoes and then runs to the door and waits for me to open it. She reaches up for my hand to help her down the step and then goes right for the car! It's great!
16. Anaston will hardly ever eat, but when she does, her favorite things are her breakfast shake, water, pancakes, cheese, green beans, bananas, cooked carrots, corn, rice pudding, mac n cheese, spaghetti or spaghetti o's, toast, pop tarts, 100 calorie snacks, fruit snacks, pop corn, crackers, pretzels, fishies, marshmallows, Bahama Bucks, frozen yogurt or ice cream! Not too many healthy thing up there, huh? That's a struggle right now!
