Christmas Day is our day with Brian's family, since Christmas Eve is with my family. It works out great cuz this is the bigger day for them with the traditions and all, verses my family on Christmas Eve. We woke up bright and early and went to Brian's parents and opened presents. It was alot of fun being with family, having the fire and music going, and enjoying our gifts. I had so much fun watching Anaston. Her gift towered over her and it was so funny watching her open it. She would do a little and then wanted us to do the rest. We then went over to Grandma Knight's and had the traditional biscuits and gravy breakfast and opened our gift from her and Grandpa. It's amazing. She has dozes and dozens of grandchildren and great grandchildren and every year gives gifts out to all of us! It takes her alot of time and it really means alot! She is so sweet, we love her and Grandpa. It was fun to see all of the realatives. The rest of the day we just layed low and enjoyed family. We made a trip to my parents late afternoon and into the evening to have the traditional dinner and be together. We went home and had Anaston FINALLY open her presents(not like she knows the difference) We had to get up sp early to be to the in laws and Anaston was still snoozing even as we switched into the car and all the way to Grandma's so we didn't want to wake her and throw her day off. She was funny. She again opened a little and had us do a little. Brian and I had so much fun staying up the night before wrapping her gifts and stuffing her stocking. Brian did most of the wrapping and did a great job!She had fun playing with her gifts but was shortly ready for bed and worn out! It was a wonderful Christmas Day! We really enjoyed our time! Thank you everyone for everything! We love you!

I love Christmas Eve! It is a really big deal for my family, bigger than Christmas Day actually. We have alot of traditions to keep alive each year. This year we started off by eating the one and only BEST EVER bean and cheese burritos from El Charro accompanied by the BEST EVER Tia Rosa's chips and salsa(the red and the green), a delicious salad and favorite dessert in this family...raspberry delight, prepared by my mom. Scrumptious! Then we watched the video I made my family for Christmas...a slideshow-Dvd of our lives growing up since we wer kids till now. Quite the project, not near what I thought it was gonna be but turned out wonderful and my family LOVED it...it was a hit! Yeah! We opened the gifts us siblings gave eachother. Dad started that off by suprising the 3 little girls with special gifts he went out and got for them all by himself Christmas Eve. It was so cute! The neatest, high tech rocking horses for Anaston and London, and a basketball hoop and ball for Brooklyn. They went nuts, it was so fun to watch the anticipation and then the freak out session! ha ha We listened to Christmas music and then went on a ride around the neighborhood to see all the luminares! A neighborhood and something you HAVE to see, it's amazing! We had a great night with my family and got so many nice things from everyone..Thank you!

Lunch date with Brooklyn

Anaston and I picked Brooklyn up for a little date we had been promising her, in honor of her birthday. This was just as much of a treat for Anaston as it was for Brooklyn! Brooklyn is pretty much her idol and best friend so she had a blast sitting with her and playing. I took the girls to McDonalds(Brooklyn's pick) where by the way a VERY sweet lady in front of us paid for our food and told the McDonald's worker to tell us Merry Christmas! I was like,"WHAT?!? Aw, how nice!" Then we had dessert and Bahama Bucks! Yummy!

And off she goes!!!

Well Anaston has been taking quite a few steps at a time for quite some time now but wouldn't just go for it all together! Something was holding her back and she just wasn't quite ready. But it happened just like that! Everyone always told me that's how it would happen but I didn't really believe it till I saw it! She looks so cute when she walks. She started out walking kinda like a penguin but now it's nice and smooth. It's a whole new world now! Some days are more challenging than others trying to keep up with her! She is so happy to be walking! Yeah, go Anaston!

Anaston has really been enjoying playing with all of her nice toys she got for her birthday! On theis particular day I caught her getting on and off her car all by herself! I have no idea how long she's been doing this but it was the first time I caught it and was just amazed! She growing up too quick! She figures things out so fast! Speaking of her birthday, she has been quite attached to her bunch of balloons and talks about them and plays with them every day. So I have these shriveled up balloons in my kitchen that I'm too afraid to throw away because she loves them so much! I have started to get rid of them slowly but luckily for now the mylar balloons ae holding up quite well! She says," Ball!" and has a blast playng wth them. Also, Anaston has had an odd obsession lately where she likes to carry around her medicine bottles! Especially after giving her some, she's not about to let me put that bottle or dropper away! This goes for her toothbrush and toothpaste as well! It's funny but kinda scary too! We really have to watch her cuz eventhough they have child proof lids on them, I wouldn't put it past her to one day figure it out!(Knock on wood)

You never know what Jade will do next to entertain Anaston! Jade's room is one of Anaston's hot spot's where she likes to hang out at Grandma and Grandpa's. She loves to get into het makeup and shoes and just be with Jade. But Jade always thinks of something hilarious to do with her and well this particular night...I justcouldn't help but post these pic's and show you what they did!

Anaston is so stnkin cute, I just love her to pieces! She does the cutest things! She is so smart too! She has changed and is not the best eater anymore so when she's decided it's something she doesn't like or want, or is all done eating, she will start feeding it to me! It's so funny. I was laughing so hard and it made her start laughing too. We were having such a fun time together!

Every year in December, the Jennings' side of Brian's family gets together to walk around and see the temple lights and then have hot chocolate and donuts. We thought the date picked was going to be perfect cuz it was such a nice day outside but weren't we wrong! After about a quick 5 minutes looking at lights it rained and then it POURED! Oh did it ever!?!But a little rain never hurt anyone! This was not going to affect the tradition! We found a very spacious covered parking lot and chowed down on donuts and yummy hot chocolate. It poured the whole time and it was absolutely freezing! That didn't phase the kids as I looked over to see them all jumping around in the puddles getting soaking wet! Crazy kids! And all the babies were such troopers, all bundled up in their cute warm clothes! We had a great time!
