Happy 1ST Birthday to our sweet little angel, Anaston!!!

Happy Birthday to Anaston!!! Today Anaston turns one! I can hardly believe it! Where has the last year gone, honestly?!? Anaston is such a blessing in our lives and our greatest joy! We have planned a special day for her so this is a quick post! I don't want to be on the computer on her birthday! I made a really neat slide show last night of this whole last year. I'll have to post it this weekend. I was pretty emotional making it. Anaston is the sweetest little girl and I am so lucky she got sent to me! She is our everything! She brightens every day of ours! She makes us laugh, cry, smile, act crazy and silly! She is so smart and so beautiful! She has the sweetest spirit! Let me fill you in on some new things she's been doing these last couple weeks that stand out to me. She loves to help me clean the house! She will go t the cupboard where the kitchen towels are, grab one and go around rubbing in a circular motion on the cupboards, dishwasher, floor, etc. It's so cute and nice that she loves to help! She says Papa, ball, says ya and shakes her head to answer you yes. She'll shake her head no to answer you no but luckily hasn't started saying no yet! She's walking on her own but not all over the place yet. She has great balance and will walk about 10-14 steps at a time and then get to her destination or just sit down and crawl. She gets so excited over walking! When Brian or I get hurt or sad or even fake that we're hurt, she comes right over to you and hugs and kisses you to death. It just melts my heart! She says hi and bye or bye bye while waving. There's much more but I do need to get going so I will have to add later. Although it's sad to see the last year pass, my sweet Anaston has grown into such an adorable little one year old and is the light of my life! She means the world to so many people and continues to touch all of their lives everyday. We appreciate all the support and gifts that everyone has sent our way in honor of this special day for Anaston. Happy Birthday sweetheart! We love you more than anything in this world!!!!!

Anaston's Very 1st Birthday Party!

These pictures are very out of order but oh well! Everyone did a really good job of taking pictures for me and video! I couldn't be the photographer with trying to control the party and help Anaston so everyone was so nice to help me out!I think we got some good ones! You would never guess this is only like half of them cuz I posted so many but here's just a preview! I would post the video of her getting into her cake cuz it's priceless but I hate posting videos and plus, it's like 8 minutes long! I still have some professional ones that were taken. I'll post them soon as I get them!

She couldn't stop hugging this bear Grandma Knight gave her, it was so soft and sweet! She loved playing with the cool shades Nat and Tommy gave her with their present
And here she is modeling them
Daddy got her to look at the camera!
Anaston had to read this book as soon as ahe took it out of the bag!
All done opening presents! Starting to look tired, huh?
She kept giving the baby kisses afet opening it! How sweet is that?!?
Playing with her Mickey Mouse cell phone
If there was a box with a baby on it, she had to kiss the baby! She didn't miss one!
She wouldn't put down this Mickey card from Grandma to open her present, it was so funny!

Anaston stealing tastes of the frosting
Here's Anaston's own cake(pre-destruction)
Her Minnie Mouse Balloon boquet Daddy got her.
Brian got this really cute picture of our cousin,Karina's little boy Anden. Isn't he so cute?
Anaston telling Grandma Knight goodbye!

Anaston just had to share some cake woth Mommy!
And some more sharing, but this is before her hat fell off.
Me crowning my sweet little princess!(who is not being shy about grabbing her cake)
This was so funny! She got all shy when everyone sang to her so she was tring to hide herself!
Her dang hat would no stay on very long!

Matthew came sneaking up under the table while Anaston was getting into her cake so she did not hesitate to smear her frosting covered hand in his hair, it was hilarious!
And here is her finished product!
Mmmm...Yummy!
Daddy was giving her ice cold water and she thought it was so funny! She would laugh so hard after he would give her a drink!
The Birthday Princess with her messy little face

You think that wore her out?!?
She loved her cake...every bit of it! But she DID NOT like Nanny and I cleaning her up afterwards!
I love her face here!

Sitting in the bus with Brooklyn and London
Check out her hair! It was getting all static in there!

Here's another shot of the static hair, sorry the sun was so bright!
She loved the bus!

As many of you know, we had Anaston's 1st Birthday party yesterday. Her actual birthday isn't until this coming up Friday but with having family in town we decided to do her party the week before her birthday instead of just after. We had a great turn out! We had many family members and friends come out to support Anaston, Brian and I and we really appreciate it! I was a little nervous and pre occupied at the beginning trying to set up because the weather had suddenly shifted and it was a colder, super windy day! I had all these decorations and had the hardest time puttin them up with the wind! I got some help from Brian and my parents and we put a goos amount of the stuff up so we could get going with the party. It was so cute! We did a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme, since that is Anaston's favorite show and she just loves Mickey! My mom made really yummy cupcakes and brought ice cream but I'm smart and forgot to bring spoons! So Brian and I have a whole tub of ice cream in our freezer now! ha ha My mother in law made her trade mark delicous slushy drink. Everyone loved it! Anaston had fun playing with the kids on the playground, especially in the bus with Brooklyn and London. She LOVED LOVED LOVED her cake. We got her one of those personal sized ones and just let her tear it apart. While we were singing, she kept sneaking her finger and dipping it in the froating and licking it. Then she reallg got into. Played with it more than she did eat it. She was a MESS after that but that's the fun in the first Birthday party! She really got into opening her presents. She got SO MANY REALLY NICE THINGS! Everyone was so generous! She passed out for a long nap afterwards while Brian and I set up a couple of her new toys. It was so fun! She woke up and had a great time getting familiar with her new toys! She's got some new nice things to last her a while! Thank you everybody for coming all the way out to her party! The park we had it at was awesome! Anaston had a great time, which made my day! That's what this was all about, for Brian and I!

We had a great Thanksgiving! We started the day out by getting the Christmas decorations out! That's so me! Helps me get in the spirit of the holidays! This is by far my favorit time of year! Always has been! There's so much love and fun in the air! It's so mice to have the weather cool down and do things outside! It's great to be with family! We had our first dinner at Brian's Aunt Debbie's which was so YUMMY!It was fun to see everyone and let the kids all have fun together!Funniest thing...a bunch of the little ones stripped down to get in the heated spa but what did theydo first? Jumped in the freezing pool! It was hilarious to watch! We had fun watching football and catching up.Unfortunately my camera died just before we got there so I have no pictures to show! Then we went to my parents for our second dinner which was FABULOUS! My Dad suprised each of us with pocket size video camera's which we are having so much fun with! Thanks DAD! Brian heated up the spa and got in with Brooklyn, JaNae, my Mom and Dad. JaNae and Brian held Anaston and London and let them put their feet in. Anaston was cracking us up as she was trying to swim and just kicking her legs and splashing with her hands full speed! She looked like a little frog! We had a fire on the back patio and roasted marshmallows. It was great having my Grandparents and brother, John here in town for the holiday! My brother Jordan's birthday falls on Thanksgiving every so often as I\it did this year. It was his sweet 16! I can't believe my little brother and baby of the family will have a lisence to drive and can date now! Man I'm getting old! My mom did a good job at separating his birthday form the holiday. It was his birthday only till 5 pm. Then he had to share it with Thanksgiving dinner! What an awesome dnner to have on your birthday though, huh?!? Happy Birthday Jordan!
