Picture Crazy!

My friend does photography and wanted to use Anaston as a model so she's been doing some pictures for me. We've just had so much fun with this and she has a boy the same age so it's become quite addicting snapping fun pictures of them and doing new idea's. This has definitely been a benefit for me! I love pic's and it's nice having a friend in the business that I can trust. She's been doing a really good job, I'm really impressed with her and her work! There's so many good ones it's hard to pick ones to show but here's a few. OK maybe a little more than a few.

It was only a matter of time!

It was only a matter of time until someone got to her toes! I've always been hesitant and nervous to paint Anaston's toes because of the chemicals (first time mom, can you tell?) This weekend at my parents, Aunt Jade had the great idea and I decided to relax and let her do it. She was so good! Everyone that see's them just dies over how cute it is and asks me how in the world she sat still that long! It does look absolutely adorable, she looks like a princess. Jade has the touch! Anaston loves being pampered! She even did mommy's to match!

My brother in law works for Phoenix Children's Hospital and brought home a bunch of the toys they give out there and gave a few to Anaston. One of them being the hammer she's so happy about in this picture. She absolutely loves this, it really is her favorite toy right now! Who would have thought? It's the perfect texture for teething. She's always grinning from ear to ear when she's got it in her hand. People just think it's the funniest thing that she always has a hammer in her hand.

We went out to dinner with Brian's family this week to Matta's for Kim's birthday dinner, which is a favorite of their's. We got a couple really cute pic's of the fam and I just wanted to post them. Happy birthday Mimmy! We love you!

First date already!

Boy do we have it comin to us! Anaston went on her first date last night with Brogan and loved it! Ha Posey and I got together for dinner and brought the two little ones along seeing that we're really trying to get them to be friends. Anaston loves being around him and with him being two weeks older, if there is anything he's doing that she hasn't mastered yet, she's bound to try it! So he's good for her! Posey and I thought it would make for a great picture to back off from the table and scoot their highchairs over across from eachother at the table as if they were really on a single date! ha ha

Happy Belated Anniversary To Us!!!!!

We had an amazing weekend! A good friend of ours suprised us and booked us an amazing room at the Fairmont, Princess hotel in Scottsdale to celebrate our anniversary that passed a little while ago. We've had alot going on so we didn't have the time for a weekend getaway at the time, but it was perfect anyway! That hotel is amazing! The pool is really big and has a beautiful view. We of course spent alot of time there. The room was decorated top of the line! A huge walk in closet, beautiful spacious bathroom with a spa tub that Brian can actually fit in with his height! Big king size bed, big couch, big TV and a great view off the balcony! Thank you Susan!

Another victory!

I've been super busy this week and really behind on my blog posts so I've got some catching up to do. Last weekend we spent time in Maricopa for Brian's softball tournament. We had so much fun all of us wives hanging out watchin the game and lettin the babies/kids play together! Brian did awesome! Don't mean to brag but he always does awesome, he is an incredible ball player and I just love watching him! On some down time, a group of us walked through some beautiful model homes! The houses there are amazing and so cheap! Too bad it's so far! They ended up winning their tournament and immediately drove to Tucson at 11:00 p.m. to start an all-nighter tournament which they also ended up winning! It was a crazy double tournament weekend, but with great results! With the wins they've had recently, they've won spots in two world tournaments!! So in September and October we get to go to Detroit, Mi and Palm Springs, Ca! We can't wait! Good job Brian...again!
